Since the last time we were here, about eight years ago, the time share condo craze has taken hold.
Massive construction projects are under way covering the hills along the beach with condos.
There are also many new condos which are already open.

The condos spread down the beach as far as the eye can see
They are even sprouting up on the Pacific side
